Clarcor (NYSE: CLC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 17.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 8, 2014.
