Syntroleum Corp. (Nasdaq: SYNM) 14% HIGHER; March revenue of $13.8M versus $428K last year same-qtr. EPS of $0.26 for qtr versus loss of $0.23 last year.

Syntax-Brillian (Nasdaq: BRLC) 12.6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, 3 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $162.9 million vs. $167 million consensus. Sees Q4 revenues between $190-210 million vs. $182.2 million consensus. Company announces $150 million stock offering. Shareholders plan to offer $22 million in stock.

BSQUARE Corporation (Nasdaq: BSQR) 12% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.06 compared to a loss of $0.09 for the same period last year. Revenue were $15.1 million compared to $11.6 million for the same period last year.

Net 1 Ueps Technologies (Nasdaq: UEPS) 10% HIGHER; March revenues of $61.3 million versus the consensus of $56.4 million. EPS of $0.32, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.25.

Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) 9% LOWER; currently expects its first quarter earnings to be in a range of $0.10-to- $0.11 per share. This range reflects a decrease from the Company's original estimate of $0.34-to-$0.37 per share. (Consensus if $0.36)

51job (Nasdaq: JOBS) 9% HIGHER; reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.19, 6 cents better than estimates.(0.13) Revenues were $26 million vs. $25.19 million consensus. For the second quarter of 2007, based on current market and operating conditions, the Company's revenue target is in the estimated range of US$25.9 to US$27.2 million. (Consensus is $26.25 million) Sees Q2 EPS between $0.17-$0.20 vs. consensus of $0.15.

Medifast (NYSE: MED) 8.9% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.10, 4 cents worse than estimates.(0.14) Revenues were $20.1 million vs. $20.75 million consensus.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CME) 6% HIGHER; Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings and CBOT Holdings revised the terms of their definitive merger agreement.. Under the terms of the revised agreement, CBOT Holdings shareholders will receive 0.3500 shares of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Class A common stock for each share of CBOT Holdings Class A common stock, an increase of 16 percent from the original terms of the merger agreement.

NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.42 (ex-items), 3 cents better than estimates.(0.39) Revenues were $844.3 million vs. $835.74 million consensus. Company said Q1 gross margins were 45%.

THQ Inc (Nasdaq: THQI) 4.8% LOWER; reports Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.15, 1 cents better than estimates.(0.14) Revenues were $172.1 million vs. $150.03 million consensus. Sees Q1 loss of $0.26 vs. consensus for $0.10 loss. Sees Q1 revenues of $110 million vs. consensus of $147 million. Company reaffirms FY08, sees FY08 EPS of $1.34-1.44 vs. consensus of $1.38. Sees FY revenues of $1.12-1.15 billion vs. consensus of $1.15 billion.
