International Assets Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: IAAC) 20% LOWER; For Q4 2006, the Company reported a net loss of $1,962,000 compared to net income of $1,047,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2005 ("Q4 2005"). The loss per share was $0.25 ($0.25 diluted) for Q4 2006 against earnings per share of $0.14 ($0.13 diluted) for Q4 2005. Total operating revenue for Q4 2006 decreased by 42% to $4,414,000 from $7,615,000 in Q4 2005. Revenue in the Company's international equities business increased by 39% from $3,434,000 in Q4 2005 to $4,764,000 in Q4 2006.
Ultratech Inc. (Nasdaq: UTEK) 9% LOWER; lower guidance. The company currently expects revenue to be down sequentially 25%-30% from the third quarter 2006 compared to earlier guidance of revenue being down sequentially 8%-10% as provided on October 19, 2006. Q4 EPS are expected to be in a range of ($0.25)-($0.30). This compares with earlier guidance of ($0.10)-($0.15).

Jabil Circuit (NYSE: JBL) 4% LOWER; reports Q1 revenues were $3.2 billion vs. $3.17 billion consensus. No earnings due to options review. The company sees Q2 revenues of $2.75-$2.85 billion, versus the consensus of $2.91 billion
PMC-Sierra, Inc. (Nasdaq: PMCS) 4% LOWER; now expects revenues for the fourth quarter to be in the range of $100 million to $105 million. The Company's previous outlook was for a revenue range of $105 million to $112 million. The consensus is $108.9 million.
Escala Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ESCL) 3% HIGHER; extends recent gains.
Herman Miller (Nasdaq: MLHR) 2.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.56 per share, in-line with estimates. Revenues came in at $499.1 million versus the consensus of $503.6 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.49-$0.53 versus the consensus of $0.44. Sees Q3 revenues of $480-$500 million versus the consensus of $459.47 million.
Bed Bath & Beyond (Nasdaq: BBBY) 2.2% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.50, 2 cents worse than estimates.(0.52) Revenues were $1.62 billion vs. $1.63 billion consensus. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. also announced that its Board of Directors has approved a $1 billion share repurchase program
Movado Group Inc. (NYSE: MOV) 2% HIGHER; will replace Connetics Corporation (NASDAQ: CNCT) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Connetics is being acquired by Stiefel Laboratories Inc. in a deal that is still pending final approvals.
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) 2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.46, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.42) Revenues were $4.75 billion vs. $4.51 billion consensus. Sees Q2 revenues of $4.6-$4.8 billion versus the consensus of $$4.49 billion. Raises FY07 EPS outlook to $1.80-$1.85, up from its previously expected range of $1.77 to $1.82. The consensus is $1.83.
