Orange Juice Futures Spike as Hurricane Develops Near Bahamas

The National Hurricane Center in Florida is tracking a broad area of low pressure located near the northwestern Bahamas. There is a 70 percent chance the system will become a cyclone in the next 48 hours. The National Hurricane Center did not say if the hurricane is likely to reach the coast of Florida. Orange Juice futures are up 6 percent in early trading on Friday.
