Apple (AAPL) Gets Boost in HTML5 Talent with New Acquisition

Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) has reportedly added to its talent base via an acquisition of a San Francisco, California-based creative consulting company.
According to reports, Apple acquired Particle, which specializes in Web apps and marketing projects using HTML5.
Particle has worked with the likes of Sony (NYSE: SNE), Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), and Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) in the past.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. The deal was said to have been done in September, with under 12 employees that transferred over remaining with Apple. Founder Aubry Anderson consulted with Apple in the past.
Shares of Apple are indicated lower Wednesday morning.
