Biogen (BIIB) Weeks-6 TECFIDERA Scripts Continue to Ramp

Sixth-week scripts for Biogen's (NASDAQ: BIIB) TECFIDERA increased 27% week-over-week.

Commenting, Leerink Swann analyst Marko Kozul said, "KOLs describe most early Tecfidera starts coming from patients switching from Avonex and especially Copaxone . . . These patients are generally switching due to 'injection site fatigue' as well as attraction to Tecfidera's oral administration."

Leerink Swann has an Outperform rating on Biogen with a price target of $230.00
