UBS Starts EnLink Midstream, LLC (ENLC) at Neutral

UBS initiates coverage on EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $31.00.

Analyst Shneur Gershuni commented, "We are initiating coverage of EnLink Midstream LLC (ENLC) with a Neutral rating and a $31 price target. Our model assumes roughly 23% dividend CAGR over the next three years, driven by distributions received from ENLK. ENLC is the pure play general partner of ENLK and holds 100% general partner interest, interest in all IDRs and ~26% limited partner interest in the MLP (accounting for 36.6MM Class E units)."
