New Mobile Features Offer Shopping Assistance for Guests on the Go

This season, Target is making guests' holiday shopping experience--in-store and on the go--even easier with tools available on their mobile phone.

    --  Effective Nov. 17, Target is launching mobile access to the following
        "Christmas at Target," tools: Checklists, Merry Planner Calendar,
        Perfect Gift Pairings, and Target Christmas Videos and Gift Finder.
        Guests can also opt-in for holiday-planning text alerts.
    --  Guests can now use their phone to view, manage, and update their
        TargetLists and registries. TargetLists enables gift recipients to share
        their wish lists and offers gift givers a turnkey way to locate and
        purchase gifts that are "just right." Currently available on the mobile
        Web site, this feature will be available on the Target App for iPhone
        later this month.
    --  Those wishing for more guidance can find the right gift fast with the
        Gift Finderon the Target App for iPhone, which categorizes gift ideas by
        interest, recipient or price to help find the perfect gift and stay
        within their budget during the gift-giving season.
    --  Find a Store lets guests look up store hours and directions to the
        nearest Target store by entering their location or using GPS on the
        iPhone.
    --  Find it at a Target Store allows guests to check specific item
        availability and aisle location from their mobile phone.

New Ways to Find Great Deals

Guests can be alerted when the hottest items of the season go on sale by adding the "Target Weekly Ad" application to their iGoogle or MyYahoo homepage, as well as by signing up for e-mail and text message alerts at Target.com. Guests can also access the weekly ad anywhere, anytime, from their mobile phone.

In addition, guests also can opt in and sign up for a Daily Deals e-mail or text alert by visiting dailydeals.target.com, and they can receive Daily Deals updates via Twitter by following us at www.twitter.com/targetdailydeal.
