Jefferies lowered its price target on Overseas Shipholding Group (NYSE: OSG) from $13 to $12 and maintained a Hold rating.
The firm comments, "We are tweaking our 4Q11 EPS estimates due to seasonal factors experienced during the quarter, reducing our 2012 EPS estimates due to reduced OECD oil demand expectations for this year, and introducing our 2013 EPS estimates with expectations for market conditions to remain challenging again next year although the lack of visibility beyond the next few months creates the potential for both positive and negative surprises."
Current qtr EPS goes from ($2.86) to ($2.75), current year from ($7.41) to ($7.30) and next year form ($7.38) to ($9.00).
