Jefferies analysts raised their price target on VCA Antech (NASDAQ: WOOF) from $20 to $26, while maintaining their HOLD rating.
WOOF reported better than expected numbers this week, but analysts at Jefferies think improvements here are already baked into the stock. The $26 price target is derived using WOOF's 4-year avg. EV/EBITDA multiple of 8.5x.
In a company note, a Jefferies analyst said, “We believe a guidance raise and an increase in WOOF's implied growth rate is necessary for the stock to break out of its $20-$25 trading range.”
