Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), PT $36.

Barclays analyst says, "With signs of further industry consolidation and data points suggesting a healthy spending environment, we consider it an opportune time to revisit potential options for Amdocs to unlock value captured in the company's shares. Our analysis 1) affirms our view the company's balance sheet provides multiple ways to deliver on its stated goal of improving shareholder returns and 2) further supports our view that Amdocs is one of the best value plays in the telecom arena."
