BMO Capital Market Maintains a 'Perform' on Dell (DELL); Quest Acquisition Helps This Long-Term Story

BMO Capital Market maintains a 'Perform' on Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) price target of $16.00.

Analyst, Jung Pak, said, "...we are mildly positive on this deal in terms of strategic fit and dilution of the PC business. In addition, we think that Dell needs a more focused effort on systems management, particularly in the mid-market segment and Quest fits this need nicely. However, we do have concerns about Quest poor license revenue growth over the past year. We believe that the collective effort by Dell can improve license revenue growth, at least through CY13."
