For the third quarter, revenue is projected to be in the range of $60.0 to $63.0 million and Adjusted EBITDA is projected to be in the range of $7.5 million to $8.5 million.

For the full fiscal year, while revenue is projected to be lower than fiscal 2008, Alloy continue to be cautiously optimistic that Adjusted EBITDA will be comparable to prior year levels as a result of cost reductions and the shift in business to our higher margin Media segment.
