Insight Capital Cuts Stake in NVE Corp (NVEC)

In an amended 13G filing on NVE Corporation (NASDAQ: NVEC), Insight Capital Research & Management, Inc. disclosed a 5.2% stake (240K shares) in the company. This is down from the recently disclosed 10.9% stake (505K shares) (10/03).
NVE is a leader in the practical commercialization of spintronics, a nanotechnology that many experts believe represents the next generation of microelectronics. NVE licenses its MRAM intellectual property and sells spintronic sensors and couplers to revolutionize data sensing and transmission. Shares of the stock have surged over the past 4-5 months.
Insight Capital Research & Management is an independent investment advisory firm. As of June 30, 2006 the firm managed more than $915 million in growth equity portfolios, with more than $540 million invested in small-cap growth for institutional and private clients.
Shares of NVE Corporation are up 5% to $41.72 per share in early action Friday.
