Washington FD Basically Affirms Tesla's (TSLA) Claims Over Model S Fire

The Kent Fire Department RFA released its report from the Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) Model S crash which happened recently and made headlines earlier in the week.

In the report can be seen a schematic of what happened to the Model S before it crashed and caught on fire. Also is a brief description of the event. The description is as follows:

Unit 1 [the Model S] was traveling SB SR167 JN SR516 in lane 3. Unit 1 struck debris in roadway. Driver pulled off to SR516 and vehicle became disabled. Vehicle then caught on fire.

Short and to the point, the description affirms what Tesla said earlier in the week. The document is embedded below to view. Shares of Tesla are up in early trading.
