Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS) announced the appointment of Steven Dorwart as President of its Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) segment, effective July 6, 2026, according to a company press release.

Dorwart succeeds Jason Phillips, who will retire at the end of 2026. Phillips will remain in an advisory capacity through year-end to assist with the transition.

Dorwart previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Accounts, CCS, and has been with Celestica for 21 years. In his prior role, he was responsible for managing relationships with enterprise and hyperscaler customers.

Rob Mionis, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Celestica, commented on the appointment: "Steven is a key member of our leadership team and has been the driving force behind some of our most important growth milestones. He has the experience, customer relationships and strategic vision to continue building on our strong growth momentum."

Mionis also acknowledged the departing executive: "I also want to thank Jason Phillips for the significant contribution that he has made to Celestica's success over the course of his career.
