Wolfe Research Downgrades Discover Financial (DFS) to Peerperform
Wolfe Research analyst Bill Carcache downgraded Discover Financial (NYSE: DFS) from Outperform to Peerperform.
The analyst comments "Withdrawing Price Target & Initiating Fair Value Range. We no longer ascribe price targets to Peer Perform-rated stocks under our coverage and are instead initiating a fair value range for DFS of $121 to $137. COF's acquisition of DFS is expected to close by the end of 2024 or early 2025. Our standalone estimates for DFS remain unchanged."
