Amplify Energy Corp (AMPY) Prices 8.55M Share Common Offering at $1.15/Sh
Amplify Energy Corp. (NYSE: AMPY) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,548,485 shares of its common stock by certain of its stockholders which are affiliates of Fir Tree Capital Management L.P., at a price to the public of $1.15 per share. The offering is expected to close on December 15, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
Amplify will not sell any shares of its common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds therefrom.
Roth Capital Partners is acting as the Sole Manager for the offering.
