FIBRA Prologis Acquires 535,861 Square Feet
November 30, 2022 1:00 PM ESTMEXICO CITY, Nov. 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL14), a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, has acquired two buildings from a third party located in Tijuana, Baja California. The buildings, which represent a total investment of US$56.5 million, including closing costs, comprise 535,861 square feet of industrial space.
