(NASDAQ: ASNS) (Actelis or the Company), a provider of cyber-hardened, rapid-deployment networking solutions for wide-area IoT networks, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock (the Common Stock) at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $15.0 million, prior to deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses.
