(Reuters) - Apple Inc Chief Executive Tim Cook signed an agreement with Chinese officials, estimated to be worth about $275 billion, to placate threats that would have hobbled its devices and services in the country, The Information reported on Tuesday.

Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty raised the price target on the Overweight-rated Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) stock to $200.00 per share (from $164.00), a new Street high for the Cupertino tech giant.

In the near term, Huberty sees an improving iPhone production environment. Hence, the analyst sees supply upside as a driver of better December quarter iPhone results. Moreover, Huberty believes that the App Store net revenue grew 14% Y/Y in the month of November.
