Kosmos Energy Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
October 14, 2021 8:01 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kosmos Energy Ltd. (Kosmos or the Company) (NYSE/LSE: KOS) announced today the pricing of its registered underwritten public offering of 37,500,000 shares of common stock (the Offering) at a price to the public of $3.30. In addition, Kosmos has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,625,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price less underwriting discounts. The Offering is expected to close on October 19, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
Kosmos intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its commercial debt... More
