Steel Dynamics Provides Second Quarter 2021 Record Earnings Guidance

(NASDAQ/GS: STLD) today provided second quarter 2021 earnings guidance in the range of $3.26 to $3.30 per diluted share. Excluding the impact from costs associated with the construction of the company's Sinton Texas Flat Roll Steel Mill growth investment of approximately $23 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, the company expects second quarter 2021 adjusted earnings to be in the range of $3.34 to $3.38 per diluted share, which would represent record quarterly earnings for the company.
