Based on the preliminary count by Computershare Trust Company, N.A., the depositary for the tender offer, a total of approximately 15.6 million shares of MPC's common stock were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn at or below a purchase price of $63.00 per share, including approximately 10.4 million shares that were tendered through notice of guaranteed...
