Iron Spark I Inc. Announces Pricing of $150 Million Initial Public Offering
June 9, 2021 9:14 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Iron Spark I Inc. (NASDAQ: ISAA, the Company) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and trade under the ticker symbol ISAA beginning today, June 9, 2021.
In addition, the underwriters have 45 days to exercise the over-allotment option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 shares offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.
The offering is expected to close on June 11, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
