(the "Company"), one of the leading online hydroponic equipment suppliers and retailers in the United States, today announced that it priced its initial public offering ("Offering") of 3,360,000 shares of Common Stock at a public offering price of US$5.00 per share and will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "IPW."
