Zymergen Announces Pricing of Upsized Initial Public Offering
April 21, 2021 11:31 PM EDTEMERYVILLE, Calif., April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zymergen Inc. (Zymergen), one of the worlds foremost biofacturing companies, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16,130,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $31.00 per share. In addition, Zymergen has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,419,500 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
