Bally's Corporation Announces Pricing Of Common Stock Offering
April 15, 2021 8:13 PM EDTPROVIDENCE, R.I., April 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Bally's Corporation (NYSE: BALY) ("Bally's") today announced that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at $55.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on April 20, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
