Homology Medicines (FIXX) prices public offering for proceeds of approximately $50 million

(Nasdaq: FIXX), a clinical-stage genetic medicines company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering for proceeds of approximately $50.0 million, before deducting estimated offering expenses payable by Homology. Homology also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $7.5 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Homology.
