Homology Medicines Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
April 6, 2021 4:19 PM EDTBEDFORD, Mass., April 06, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Homology Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIXX), a clinical-stage genetic medicines company, today announced that the Company intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $50.0 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Homology expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $7.5 million of its common stock. All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by Homology.
