Sotera Health Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering
March 17, 2021 6:50 PM EDTCLEVELAND, March 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sotera Health Company (Nasdaq: SHC) (the Company) today announced the pricing of its secondary offering (the Offering) of 25,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $27.00 per share. All 25,000,000 shares are being offered by selling stockholders, which include certain affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC and GTCR, LLC, as well as certain current and former members of management of the Company.
