Revolution Healthcare Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $500 Million Initial Public Offering
March 17, 2021 7:30 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO, March 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolution Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (the Company) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 50,000,000 SAIL (Stakeholder Aligned Initial Listing) securities at a price of $10.00 per SAIL security. The SAIL securities will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (Nasdaq) and will trade under the ticker symbol REVHU beginning March 18, 2021. Each SAIL security consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant.
