(the Company) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 50,000,000 SAIL (Stakeholder Aligned Initial Listing) securities at a price of $10.00 per SAIL security. The SAIL securities will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (Nasdaq) and will trade under the ticker symbol REVHU beginning March 18, 2021.
