SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Social Finance, Inc. (SoFi), the digital personal finance company, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Golden Pacific Bancorp, Inc. (OTCPK: GPBI) and its wholly owned subsidiary Golden Pacific Bank, N.A. (together, GPB).
