BorgWarner Agrees to Acquire AKASOL AG, Seeking to Expand Electrification Portfolio

(NYSE: BWA) and AKASOL AG (ETR: ASL) today announced that they have signed a Business Combination Agreement ("BCA") to position BorgWarner to significantly expand its commercial vehicle electrification capabilities.
