KalVista Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of an Upsized $193.5 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
February 10, 2021 9:52 PM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass. & SALISBURY, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: KALV) today announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 5,375,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $36.00 per share. The gross proceeds to KalVista from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by KalVista, are expected to be $193.5 million.
