AEP to Sell Racine Hydro Plant
February 9, 2021 5:10 PM ESTCOLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- American Electric Power (Nasdaq: AEP) has reached an agreement to sell its 48-megawatt (MW) hydroelectric Racine Plant in Racine, Ohio, owned by AEP Generation Resources, the company's competitive generation affiliate, to Eagle Creek Renewable Energy.
