Bioventus Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
February 4, 2021 8:10 AM ESTDURHAM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bioventus Inc. ("Bioventus" or the Company), today announced that it has commenced the initial public offering of its Class A common stock. Bioventus is offering 7,350,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. Bioventus expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,102,500 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments. The shares are expected to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol BVS.
