Kennedy Wilson Announces Proposed $1.0 Billion Senior Notes Offering

(Kennedy Wilson), a wholly owned subsidiary of global real estate investment company Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KW), today announced its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of senior notes due 2029 (the 2029 notes) and senior notes due 2031 (the 2031 notes and, together with the 2029 notes, the notes). The notes will be senior, unsecured obligations of Kennedy Wilson and will accrue interest payable semi-annually in arrears.
