CA Healthcare Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $100 Million Initial Public Offering
January 26, 2021 8:52 PM ESTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CA Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (the Company) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (Nasdaq) and will begin trading tomorrow, Wednesday, January 27, 2021 under the ticker symbol CAHCU. Each unit consists of one share of the Companys Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
