SiriusXM Reports Third Quarter 2019 Results
October 31, 2019 7:10 AM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Â SiriusXM today announced third quarter 2019 operating and financial results. Total revenue of $2.0 billion increased 37% compared to the prior year period, boosted by the acquisition of Pandora Media on February 1, 2019. On a pro forma basis, revenue climbed 7% from $1.9 billion in the third quarter of 2018. The Company's net income totaled $246 million in the third quarter, compared to $343 million in the prior year period. Net income per diluted common share was $0.05 and $0.07 in the third quarter and the prior year period, respectively.
