SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos), parent company of Axos Bank (the Bank), today announced unaudited financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2019. Net income was $40.6 million, an increase of 9.5% over net income of $37.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
