July 22, 2019 8:00 AM EDTNOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bank of Marin Bancorp, Bancorp (NASDAQ: BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin, Bank, announced earnings of $8.2 million in the second quarter of 2019, compared to $7.5 million in the first quarter of 2019 and $7.9 million in the second quarter of 2018. Diluted earnings per share were $0.60 in the second quarter of 2019 compared to $0.54 in the prior quarter and $0.56 in the same quarter last year (adjusted for stock-split).
