Navistar (NAV) Weakens After Volkswagen Reports No Changes to Plans or Proposals

Navistar (NYSE: NAV) declined Wednesday following an SEC filing by Volkswagen Truck & Bus GmbH, which holds a 16.85% stake in Navistar.
Volkswagen said recently that it is open to buying a majority stake in Navistar. However, Volkswagen said in the filing that it is "not reporting any changes to its plans or proposals for"... More
