Webster Reports Fourth Quarter 2017 Earnings
January 23, 2018 7:30 AM ESTWATERBURY, Conn., Jan. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A. and its HSA Bank division, today announced earnings applicable to common shareholders of $67.7 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 compared to $55.5 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
