Value Line, Inc. Announces a Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.18 per Common Share and Reaffirms Share Buyback Program
October 20, 2017 2:44 PM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) announced that its Board of Directors declared on October 20, 2017 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, payable on November 10, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2017. The Company has 9,703,237 shares of common stock outstanding as of October 17, 2017.
The Board of Directors also reaffirmed the Stock Repurchase Program of up to an aggregate of $3 million of Value Line, Inc.s common stock adopted on September 19, 2012, with $466,000 remaining under the program.
