HCA Acquires 14 Urgent Care Centers in Las Vegas
November 2, 2015 4:15 PM ESTNASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HCA (NYSE: HCA) today announced the acquisition of Urgent Care Extras Nevada operations, which include 14 urgent care centers in Las Vegas.
The 14 centers join HCAs Sunrise Health System in Las Vegas, which includes four hospitals and four surgery centers. The purchase also includes six additional urgent care centers that are under development in the market.
