InterDigital (IDCC) Receives Favorable ITC Determination in Patent Case vs Microsoft, Nokia
April 27, 2015 5:04 PM EDTInterDigital (NASDAQ: IDCC) announced that the company has received a Notice of the Initial Determination On Remand by the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") in U.S. International Trade Commission ("ITC" or the "Commission") investigation No. 337-TA-613 (the "613 Investigation") in which the ALJ finds that the company has prevailed in its complaint against respondents Nokia Corporation, Nokia Inc. and Microsoft Mobile Oy (collectively, "Nokia and Microsoft Mobile").
