Pacificnet Inc. (NASDAQ: PACT) 18% HIGHER; reported Q4 revenues of $13,368,000 represented an increase of 33% as compared to $10,068,000 from Q4 2004. Quarterly net income of $918,000, or $0.09 per basic share, or $0.08 per diluted share, represented an increase of 106% as compared to net income of $446,000, or $0.06 per diluted share in Q4 2004.

Bear Stearns Companies Inc. (NYSE: BSC) 2% HIGHER; Reports from the Wall Street Journal, one of China's largest state-controlled banks, China Construction Bank, is in early discussions to take a minority stake in investment bank Bear Stearns (NYSE: BSC).

NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) 1.9% HIGHER; disclosed in an regulatory filing that it is holding preliminary discussions with certain industry participants.

Moldflow Corp. (NASDAQ: MFLO) INDICATED LOWER; anticipates that revenue will be in the range of approximately $16.2 million to $16.4 million. This compares to the low end of the previous guidance provided by the Company on February 2, 2006 equating to $17.8 million and the consensus of $18.2 million. Also sees lower net income.
