Parametric Technology (Nasdaq: PMTC) 22% LOWER; expects revenue for the fiscal 2007 third quarter ended June 30, 2007 to be approximately $225 million, compared with the Company\'s guidance of $235 million to $240 million. Lower-than-expected license revenue totaling approximately $62 million was the primary driver of the third quarter results. PTC expects both GAAP and non-GAAP earnings for the third quarter to be below the Company\'s prior guidance
Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR) 10% LOWER; sees Q2 EPS of $0.26-$0.28. Sees Q2 revenue of $281-$299 million.

Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (Nasdaq: AMCC) 6% HIGHER; expects to report net revenues of approximately $50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, down approximately 29% compared to the quarter ended March 31, 2007. The Company had previously provided guidance for first quarter revenues to be approximately $59.6 million. Stock rallies, after initially trading lower,
as downside was expected.
Healthways Inc. (Nasdaq: HWAY) 6% LOWER; Reports Q3 EPS of $0.29. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.21-1.22, versus the consensus of $1.39. Sees FY revenues of $618-630 million versus the consensus of $630.3 million.

CBOT Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BOT) 2.8% HIGHER; CME sweetens bid
Newmont Mining Corporation (NYSE: NEM) 2% HIGHER; announced the elimination of its entire 1.85 million ounce gold hedge position, making the company the world\'s largest unhedged gold producer. Newmont also announced plans to monetize components of its royalty and equity portfolio in the next twelve months, resulting in the discontinuation of the Company\'s Merchant Banking Segment as a separate business unit.
Six Flags (NYSE: SIX) 2% HIGHER; In a 13G filing SAC Capital / Steven A. Cohen disclosed a 5.2% stake (4,969,100 shares) in the company. This is up from the 429,900 share stake the firm held at the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
Golden Telecom Inc. (Nasdaq: GLDN) INDICATED HIGHER; According to various media reports, Russian mobile carrier Vimpel-Communications (NYSE: VIP) is looking to acquire Golden Telecom, a telecom and Internet service provider in Russia.
