Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective as of April 27, 2021, Thomas White, Corporate Controller of CTS Corporation (the “Company”), assumed the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer from Ashish Agrawal.  Mr. Agrawal, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer had served as the Company’s principal accounting officer since December 15, 2020.

Mr. Agrawal will continue in his role as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. White, age 35, joined the Company in June 2019 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Corporate Controller in November 2020. Before joining the Company, Mr. White served as Assistant Controller of InnerWorkings, Inc., a global marketing execution firm, since June 2016, and before that, was an audit senior manager at KPMG LLP, a multinational professional services firm.  Mr. White is a graduate of Boston College and holds a master’s degree in accounting.
